Custom Costume Deposit

Here’s how it works:
Purchase your deposit and make sure to put the desired timeline in the “NOTES” section at checkout. You will receive an email within 24 hours to finalize your details and pricing.
Final invoice will be sent the day before the costume is created. Please make sure to pay this on time, as costume will not be created without full payment. At The Base Space, unlike other shops, we guarantee fit. If you receive your costume and have fit issues, we will alter the costume free of charge (shipping fees not included). Refunds will not be issued for custom costumes for any reason, however we are happy to help you with your resell them or alter them to perfection.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If your need for the costume changes, you will receive a credit to use toward a future purchase or our store.
RUSH FEES: We are happy to accommodate the need for quick turn arounds. If you need a costume within one weeks time, $50 will be added to your invoice total.
